1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to InstaMoneyEarn. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the InstaMoneyEarn website, platform, applications, features and services.
By registering for an account, accessing the Platform, completing activities, watching eligible videos, participating in tasks, using rewards, redeeming eligible benefits, purchasing advertising services or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must provide accurate information while creating and maintaining your account.

4. LAWFUL USE
Users must use InstaMoneyEarn only for lawful purposes.
Users must not use bots, scripts, automation tools, emulators, fake accounts, multiple accounts, fraudulent methods, manipulated traffic, misleading information or other methods intended to obtain rewards or benefits improperly.
5. TASKS AND VIDEO ACTIVITIES
InstaMoneyEarn may provide tasks, videos, promotional activities and other eligible activities through which users may receive points or other benefits subject to the applicable activity rules.
Availability, eligibility, reward value, completion requirements and limits may vary.
Completion of an activity does not guarantee that a reward will be issued where the activity requirements have not been satisfied or where fraud, abuse, technical error or other permitted restriction applies.
6. POINTS AND REWARDS
Points, coins or similar units displayed on the Platform are platform rewards and do not constitute a bank deposit, investment, security, cryptocurrency, legal tender or guaranteed income unless expressly stated otherwise and permitted by applicable law.
Points may be subject to minimum redemption requirements, validity conditions, activity restrictions and verification.
InstaMoneyEarn does not guarantee any particular amount of earnings or rewards.
7. REDEMPTIONS AND VOUCHERS
Eligible users may request redemption of available rewards subject to the applicable redemption rules.
Redemption may be subject to verification, minimum thresholds, processing periods, availability and applicable law.
Third-party vouchers are subject to the terms, validity and restrictions imposed by the relevant voucher provider or merchant.
8. ADVERTISING SERVICES
InstaMoneyEarn may provide advertising and promotional services to advertisers.
Advertising credits or campaign purchases do not guarantee a particular number of impressions, views, clicks, leads, sales, customers, followers, subscribers, downloads, revenue or conversion rate.
Advertisers are responsible for the legality, accuracy and rights associated with their advertisements and promoted products or services.
9. ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITY
Advertisers must ensure that all advertising material submitted to InstaMoneyEarn is lawful, accurate and not misleading.
Advertisers must have all required licences, permissions, registrations, approvals and intellectual-property rights.
InstaMoneyEarn may reject, remove, suspend or restrict advertisements that appear to violate applicable law, these Terms, platform policies or third-party rights.
10. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Users and advertisers remain responsible for content they submit to the Platform.
InstaMoneyEarn does not necessarily endorse user-submitted content.
We may remove, restrict or disable access to content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, protect the Platform or enforce these Terms.
11. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Users and advertisers must not:
* Create fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
* Manipulate views, clicks or engagement.
* Use automated systems to obtain rewards improperly.
* Submit misleading or unlawful advertisements.
* Upload malware or malicious code.
* Attempt to gain unauthorised access.
* Circumvent security controls.
* Infringe intellectual-property rights.
* Use the Platform for unlawful activities.
* Interfere with Platform operation.
12. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
InstaMoneyEarn may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that the account has violated these Terms, applicable law, platform rules or fraud-prevention requirements.
Where required by applicable law, users will retain any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may contain links, advertisements, vouchers, payment services, applications or other services operated by third parties.
Third parties may have separate terms and privacy policies.
InstaMoneyEarn is not responsible for matters that are primarily within the control of independent third-party providers, except where responsibility is imposed on InstaMoneyEarn by applicable law.
14. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, network failures, security incidents, third-party failures, governmental requirements or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
15. TECHNICAL ERRORS
Where points, credits or other balances are incorrectly displayed or credited because of an obvious technical or system error, InstaMoneyEarn may investigate and correct the error in accordance with applicable law.
16. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER
The appearance of an advertisement, product, service, website, business or promotional material does not necessarily constitute endorsement, certification or recommendation by InstaMoneyEarn.
Users should independently evaluate third-party products and services before relying on them or entering into a transaction.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InstaMoneyEarn and its owners, operators, employees, representatives and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising primarily from use of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits any liability, consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited.
18. FORCE MAJEURE
