INSTAMONEYEARN — REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. GENERAL
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid services, advertising services, advertising credits and other purchases made through InstaMoneyEarn, subject to the specific terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.
2. ADVERTISING SERVICES
Advertising credits or campaign purchases may be subject to campaign activation, review and processing.
Once an advertising campaign has been approved, activated or substantially delivered, cancellation or refund may be restricted except where a refund is required under applicable law or specifically offered by InstaMoneyEarn.
3. BEFORE CAMPAIGN ACTIVATION
Where a paid advertising order has not yet been activated or delivered, a refund or cancellation request may be considered according to the applicable order terms.
Approval is not automatic and may depend on the status of the transaction and applicable law.
4. REJECTED ADVERTISEMENTS
If an advertisement is rejected before delivery because it violates Platform policies or applicable requirements, InstaMoneyEarn may determine whether the applicable unused balance can be refunded, credited or otherwise handled under the order terms.
5. TECHNICAL FAILURE
Where a technical error results in a payment being successfully debited but the corresponding service is not provided, InstaMoneyEarn will investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, process a correction, credit or refund subject to applicable law.
6. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
If a user believes that the same transaction was charged more than once, the user should contact support with transaction details.
Verified duplicate transactions may be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Where a payment, voucher or service is provided by an independent third party, the applicable third-party terms may also apply.
8. FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS
Transactions associated with suspected fraud, unauthorised use, chargeback abuse or violation of Platform rules may be investigated before any refund or credit is processed.
Nothing in this clause limits mandatory rights available under applicable law.
9. REDEMPTIONS
Redemption requests are subject to the applicable redemption rules, eligibility requirements, verification and availability.
A redemption that has already been completed or fulfilled may not be reversible except where required by applicable law or where InstaMoneyEarn expressly permits reversal.
10. HOW TO REQUEST SUPPORT
Refund or transaction-related requests should be submitted through the support/contact mechanism provided by InstaMoneyEarn.
Users should provide sufficient information to identify the transaction.
11. PROCESSING
Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment method, payment gateway, banking system and other service providers.
12. NO WAIVER OF STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any refund, cancellation, consumer or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
