INSTAMONEYEARN — ADVERTISING TERMS

1. ADVERTISING SERVICE
InstaMoneyEarn may provide advertisers with tools to submit, purchase, manage or promote advertisements through the Platform.
2. ADVERTISER RESPONSIBILITY
The advertiser is solely responsible for:
* The accuracy of advertising claims.
* Product and service descriptions.
* Prices and offers.
* Required licences and approvals.
* Intellectual-property rights.
* Website and application links.
* Compliance with applicable advertising laws.
* Compliance with Platform advertising policies.
3. PROHIBITED ADVERTISEMENTS
Advertisements must not contain unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, defamatory or infringing content.
InstaMoneyEarn may prohibit advertisements relating to products, services or activities that are restricted by law, unsafe, fraudulent, inappropriate or inconsistent with Platform policies.
4. REVIEW AND APPROVAL
Submission of an advertisement does not guarantee approval.
InstaMoneyEarn may review advertisements before publication and may reject, modify, suspend or remove advertisements where reasonably necessary.
5. ADVERTISING CREDITS
Advertising credits are intended for use within the Platform's advertising system and are subject to applicable order conditions.
Purchasing advertising credits does not guarantee any particular advertising outcome.
6. NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
InstaMoneyEarn does not guarantee:
* A specific number of impressions.
* Views.
* Clicks.
* Leads.
* Sales.
* Customers.
* Followers.
* Subscribers.
* Downloads.
* Revenue.
* Conversion rates.
7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Advertisements may contain links to external websites, applications or social media pages.
The advertiser is responsible for the destination and content of those links.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Advertisers must have the necessary rights to use trademarks, logos, images, videos, music, text and other materials submitted to InstaMoneyEarn.
9. USER COMPLAINTS
Where complaints are received regarding an advertisement, InstaMoneyEarn may investigate and may temporarily restrict or remove the advertisement where reasonably necessary.
10. SUSPENSION
Advertising accounts or campaigns may be suspended where there is suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful content, misleading claims, payment issues or violation of these Advertising Terms.
11. ADVERTISING RESULTS
Advertisers acknowledge that campaign performance depends on audience behaviour, content quality, market conditions, campaign settings, Platform availability and other factors.
12. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Payments and refunds are governed by the applicable order terms and InstaMoneyEarn Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY
InstaMoneyEarn is not responsible for the quality, legality, delivery, availability or performance of products and services offered by advertisers, except to the extent responsibility is imposed on InstaMoneyEarn by applicable law.
14. COMPLIANCE
Advertisers must comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations relating to their products, services, promotions, claims and advertising.
15. CHANGES
InstaMoneyEarn may update these Advertising Terms from time to time.
Continued use of advertising services after an applicable update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
